Setting the Standard for White Pine Lumber
Eastern White Pine is our specialty, chosen not only because it is a Maine-native, naturally regenerating species, but also because it’s proven to offer strength, dimensional stability, and natural beauty to our customers for over one hundred years. Our extensive selection of interior and exterior profiles includes popular patterns like shiplap and clapboard siding to custom tongue and groove patterns. From our meticulous drying process to our in-house finishes, everything we do is rooted in precision, integrity, and care.

Our History
A Maine Legacy Since 1881
The Robbins family has been part of Maine’s forestry and lumber industries for over 140 years. Robbins Lumber began as a small local sawmill on the banks of the St. George River, where saws were filed by lantern light and water powered the operation. Through fires, expansions, and six generations of family leadership, we’ve grown into a modern, integrated sawmill and lumber manufacturer with over 30,000 acres of sustainably managed forest.
We’ve evolved with the industry, investing in better tools, smarter practices, and tighter tolerances, while staying true to the values that built our name: honest work, high standards, and a deep love of the woods we call home.
